Psalm 100- Make a Joyful Noise Unto the Lord (1984)

Psalm 150- Praise God In the Sanctuary (1995)
Two-part youth choir/SATB adult choir/keyboard. In 2008, Transcontinental celebrated the work of Simon Sargon, naming him its Composer of the Year and publishing several works, including this one. A melodious piece which depicts the sounds of the instruments mentioned in the psalm. Exuberant and full of energy.


Seekers of Peace (1992)
SSA/keyboard. The text was chosen specifically for the quotation in Pirke Avot (Sayings of the Fathers) referring to "Rodeph Shalom", meaning "seeker of peace," the name of the congregation that commissioned the work. A peaceful work in keeping with the teachings of the text.
